Compared to multi-flute tools, 1-flute thread mills offer greater versatility and reduced cutting load, making them ideal for complex or low-rigidity setups.

Recommendations for Use


1. Before using the tool, please check the tool runout. If the runout exceeds 0.01 mm, correct it before machining.

2. The shorter the tool overhang from the holder, the better. If a longer overhang is required, reduce the spindle speed, feed rate, or cutting depth accordingly.

3. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during cutting, reduce the spindle speed and cutting parameters until the condition improves.

4. For aluminum machining, air blast with cutting fluid is recommended, as it can effectively improve the performance and tool life of the milling cutter.
