The 1-flute carbide thread mills are designed for precision internal and external threading in CNC machining. With a diameter range of φ1–φ10 mm, these tools are ideal for producing high-quality threads in small and medium-sized components.
Engineered for materials up to HRC65°, the single-flute design provides excellent chip control and flexibility, especially in deep threads, small holes, and difficult-to-machine materials. Compared to multi-flute tools, 1-flute thread mills offer greater versatility and reduced cutting load, making them ideal for complex or low-rigidity setups.

Recommendations for Use
1. Before using the tool, please check the tool runout. If the runout exceeds 0.01 mm, correct it before machining.
2. The shorter the tool overhang from the holder, the better. If a longer overhang is required, reduce the spindle speed, feed rate, or cutting depth accordingly.
3. If abnormal vibration or noise occurs during cutting, reduce the spindle speed and cutting parameters until the condition improves.
4. For aluminum machining, air blast with cutting fluid is recommended, as it can effectively improve the performance and tool life of the milling cutter.
